The Cesca chair was created in 1929 by Breuer, a pioneer of design who crafted this chair by bending a tubular steel frame, at a time when using metal to create interior furniture was unthinkable.

Breuer then decided to enhance the chair with the traditional technique of caning, using Viennese cane, to contrast the coldness of the metal. The result is astonishing: a timeless chair that discreetly fits into homes and offices, imparting character and class.
